Men's National Open Cup Competition
Twelve teams began the men's competition divided into three groups. The top teams from each group plus the best second team from all the groups met in the semi-final games with the winner of each semi-final competing for the "Men's Open Cup" trophy of the 2003 National Futsal Championship.
