1201. National Referees Association
The referees
shall be affiliated with the United States Futsal Federation through the
National Futsal Referees Association. The National Futsal Referees Association
is composed of individual State Referees Associations,
these in turn are made up from individual Chapter that service respective
Leagues. One officer of the National Board of Directors of the National
Referees Association shall be a voting member on the National Board of
Directors of the United States Futsal Federation. Two members of the National
Referees Association shall be voting members of the National Council.
1202. Registration
Registration is
mandatory for officiating either as a referee or an assistant referee at any
match under the sanction and jurisdiction (direct or indirect) of the USFF.
1203. Referee Registration Fees
Referee fees
shall be set by the Referee Committee and approved by the National Board of
Directors.
1204. Referee Registration Card
Referees shall be
given annual registration cards by the Federation based on their classification
as determined by the National Referees Association.
1205. Referee as Player
Restriction
No referee shall officiate any division game if he is a registered player in
that division. He shall neither officiate any adjacent
division games.
1206. Referee Uniform
The uniform is that recommended by the
International Federation and United States Futsal with the USFF badge.
1207. USFF Qualifications for International Referee
For referees to be
considered an international referees they shall only
come from the list of officials recommended by the National Futsal Referees
Association.
1208. Referee Appeals
Referees shall
follow all appeal procedures as outlined in Article VII.
