Amendments to Rules Generally
These amendments or any part thereof may be adopted, amended or repealed at the annual general meeting by a vote of at least two-thirds (2/3) of all votes cast with the exception of Article III, Section 302 or any part of these By Laws affecting Section 302 which will also require unanimous approval of all the National Board of Directors and the life members. Such propositions must be submitted to the Secretary of this Federation at least two (2) months in advance of such meeting. The Secretary of the Federation shall forward such propositions not less than two (2) weeks prior to the annual general meeting to all state associations.
902. Prior Submission to Rules and Revisions Committee
Proposals
involving any alteration of rules shall be sent to the Rules and Revision
Committee for their consideration before the same are submitted to the National
Council. Their recommendations with arguments for and against will be included.
